2. Data processed
Browsing data
The systems running the website collect, during normal operation, certain technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the request, page requested). They are used only to ensure the website works correctly and securely.
Data you provide
When you fill in the quote request form we collect: company name, business type, VAT number, full name, email, phone (optional), city and province, any notes and the list of selected products.
Statistical data
Only if you consent through the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate statistics on page usage. More details in the cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to quote requests and carrying out pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, accounting and tax, if a business relationship follows (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and automated submissions (spam), based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Producing aggregate statistics on website usage, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Providing your data
Providing data is optional. However, the fields marked as required are needed to reply to your request: without them the quote request cannot be sent.
5. How data is processed
Data is processed electronically by authorised staff, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Data is not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing and is not disseminated.
6. Recipients
Data may be disclosed, to the extent strictly necessary, to parties acting on the controller's behalf as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- the website hosting provider;
- Web3Forms, the service used to forward requests sent through the form to the controller's email address;
- Google Ireland Ltd, for the Google Analytics 4 service (only with consent);
- the providers of technical resources loaded by the pages (Google Fonts for typefaces and cdnjs/Cloudflare for animation libraries), which receive the IP address needed to deliver the files.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data in the United States. In that case the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for participating providers, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).
8. Retention period
- Quote requests: 24 months from the last contact, if no business relationship follows.
- Data relating to business relationships: 10 years, for civil and tax obligations.
- Google Analytics statistical data: according to the service's retention setting (14 months).
- Browsing data: for as long as strictly necessary for website security.
9. Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Requests should be sent to info@pharmaclin.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
